Job Title: Shipping/Receiving Worker
Pay Rate: $23.00 per hour
Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Location: Onsite – Shelton, CT 06484
Position Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented Receiving Inspector to join our Sebring operations team. This contractor role is responsible for inspecting incoming shipments, ensuring accuracy, and maintaining quality control in accordance with company standards. This position is on-site only and requires adherence to safety and operational procedures.
Key Responsibilities
- Inspect incoming shipments for accuracy, quality, and compliance with specifications
- Receive, document, and process incoming materials in the inventory system
- Maintain organized and clean receiving areas
- Report discrepancies or damaged goods to management promptly
- Collaborate with team members to support efficient warehouse operations
- Follow all company safety and operational procedures
Qualifications / Experience
- Relevant experience in shipping, receiving, or warehouse operations
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in inspection and documentation
- Ability to follow established procedures and safety guidelines
- Good communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
