Salary/Pay Rate/Compensation: $20/hour

Shift: 1st, 7:30am-4pm

What’s a typical day look like? You’ll be:

  • Developing critical relationships with internal and external customers to address questions and concerns regarding shipments, status, carriers, and other needs

  • Managing document accuracy and overseeing services that require special or expedited handling

  • Tracking orders and shipments both domestically and internationally

  • Creating and processing customer orders, PGI, and tracking information using SAP for daily shipments

  • Running and summarizing operational reports, and presenting information to co-workers or supervisors as needed

  • Ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures while maintaining a safe and effective work environment

This job might be an outstanding fit if you:

  • Are a high school graduate or have a GED

  • Have at least two years of logistics or related operations support experience

  • Possess basic to intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office, internet, web-based, and job-specific software applications such as SAP

  • Have the ability to prepare operational reports, queries, and service information

  • Can track and trace shipments or products with accuracy

  • Are capable of working with providers, carriers, and services in a transportation/logistics environment

  • Can identify operational delays and communicate effectively to resolve concerns

  • Thrive in a fast-paced, changing environment and work well both independently and as part of a team

  • Are comfortable communicating with co-workers to provide and receive direction
