Salary/Pay Rate/Compensation: $72,000
Shift: Monday-Friday, 8am-5pm (Some travel required)
Location: Onsite, Jacksonville, FL (Deerwood/Baymeadows area)

What’s a typical day as Project Management Coordinator? You’ll be:
– Coordinating projects and continuous improvement activities for both RMW and Distribution operations, reporting to the Operations Manager and Senior Director.
– Partnering with Distribution staff to gather observations, ideas, and solutions while providing ongoing guidance and training on Lean practices.
– Supporting projects that require data gathering, analysis, and presentation in various formats for operational and management reporting.
This job might be an outstanding fit if you:
– Have a minimum of 7 years of experience in Distribution, Manufacturing, or Supply Chain, with a strong background in logistics and operations.
– Possess excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills, with strong written and verbal proficiency in English.
– Are proficient in Excel, including pivot tables, dashboards, and complex formulas, and have experience with Lean, Kaizen, and Six Sigma methodologies.
Environmental and Physical Demands
– Duties are performed mostly in a temperature -controlled environment..
– Duties require walking, standing, reaching forward, reaching above shoulders, pushing, pulling, twisting at the waist, grabbing, finger manipulation, and sitting.
– Light physical demand level: Exerting up to twenty (20) lbs. of force occasionally, up to ten (10) lbs. of force frequently, and/or a negligible amount of force constantly to move objects weighing less than twenty-three (23) lbs.
