Service Center Warehouse Associate / Driver (Forklift Experience Preferred)
Pay Rate: $17/hour
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 7:30AM – 4:30PM (Weekends Off)
Position Overview:
Join our service center team as a Warehouse/Driver. Typical days include up to 2 hours operating a forklift, moving and loading items, and using equipment such as a metal shear and metal brake (training provided). We welcome applicants from the roofing industry or anyone with a strong work ethic.

PPE Provided:
Cut-resistant gloves, ear and eye protection. Steel toe shoes are not required.
Main Responsibilities:
- Identify and load materials for customer trucks using a forklift or overhead crane.
- Operate basic machinery (metal shear & brake; will train).
- Adjust, strap, and tarp loads to meet supervision and production requirements.
- Deliver material to job sites using a gooseneck trailer and assist with offloads.
- Keep the work area clean and organized and handle part runs or other assigned tasks.
Skills & Abilities:
- Basic math (add, subtract, multiply, divide fractions/decimals).
- Read and understand lists and instructions.
- Clear written and verbal communication.
- Positive attitude, reliable attendance, and willingness to learn.
- Commitment to safety and customer service.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or GED.
- Forklift experience/certification preferred — willing to train.
- Comfort with repetitive tasks and adapting to changed procedures.
- Able to lift up to 50 lbs, perform physical work (standing, walking, crouching, lifting).
- Effective team communication and ability to follow instructions.
- Must enjoy learning and accept responsibility for planning, organizing, or resolving issues.
Work Environment:
- Indoor/outdoor conditions; may experience temperatures from 32°F to 100°F.
- Tools include pens, pencils, goggles, gloves, forklift, overhead crane.
- Supervised by Warehouse Supervisor; daily contact with production and warehouse staff.
