Responsabilidades principales:

  • Configuración y operación de equipos automatizados, semiautomáticos y/o manuales según especificaciones del proceso.

  • Interpretación e implementación de instrucciones técnicas para configurar equipos.

  • Verificación de productos en la línea de ensamblaje, asegurando su calidad y eliminando defectos.

  • Limpieza y mantenimiento de equipos y áreas de trabajo para evitar contaminación y mezclas de productos.

  • Montaje correcto de máquinas, cambios de configuración y ejecución de mantenimiento preventivo básico.

  • Documentación rigurosa de los pasos de manufactura y conciliación de lotes.

  • Uso adecuado de equipos de protección personal y cumplimiento con regulaciones GMP/QS y estándares de seguridad.

  • Participación activa en proyectos de mejora de procesos y actividades de desarrollo.

  • Apoyo en adiestramientos cruzados y otras tareas asignadas por supervisores.

  • Disponibilidad para trabajar en diferentes turnos y horas extras, incluyendo fines de semana y días festivos.

Requisitos:

  • Diploma de escuela superior (preferible estudios universitarios).

  • 0-2 años o más de experiencia en manufactura o ensamblaje (preferible).

  • Capacidad para cumplir con regulaciones, políticas y procedimientos de la compañía y autoridades.

  • Actitud proactiva, responsable y orientada a la calidad y mejora continua.
