What’s a typical day as a Business Analyst? You’ll be:
– Collaborating with business stakeholders to understand, document, and validate business needs, translating them into clear, actionable requirements.
– Conducting in-depth research and analysis to identify trends and emerging issues, recommending best practices to ensure maximum results.
– Documenting metrics and process changes while effectively analyzing, designing, developing, testing, debugging, implementing, maintaining, and enhancing systems through reporting and documentation.

This job might be an outstanding fit if you:
– Have 5+ years of related professional experience, including work, education, transferable skills, and military experience.
– Possess advanced collaborative, interpersonal, oral, and written communication skills, with the ability to communicate across all levels of management.
– Demonstrate strong research, analytical, and problem-solving skills, with advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Access.
