Kelly Services is hiring a Office Management to support Charles River Laboratories Inc., a major American contract research organization (CRO) providing essential products and services to pharmaceutical, biotech, and academic institutions worldwide in Reno, NV (89511).
Pay: $18.64
Schedule: Monday – Friday 6hrs/day – 30hours/week
Location: Reno NV 89511
Contract: 6-9months
Key Responsibilities
- Archive and organize records, including transitioning files to other sites
- Scan, save, and maintain accurate digital records
- Provide general administrative, clerical, and secretarial support
- Assist management with special projects as needed
- Ensure accuracy and organization of all documentation
Must-Have Requirements
- Experience with file management, scanning, and document handling
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Team player with the ability to follow instructions
- Reliable and dependable work ethic
