Job Title: Construction Laborer (Lull Lift Operator)

Pay Rate: $25.00/hour

Job Summary
We are seeking a reliable General Laborer with a construction background for a position in Atlanta, GA. The role is split evenly between operating a Lull Lift and handling materials. You will assist daily operations by unloading deliveries, moving materials, and providing general site support, all under the direction of the foreman.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist with unloading trucks and delivering materials to foreman and site areas.
- Support foreman with daily operational needs and tasks as assigned.
- Deliver and assist with job-related paperwork to site leadership.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area at all times.
- Fuel equipment as needed, following all safety protocols.
- Provide general labor support and assist with additional tasks as directed by site supervision.
Safety Compliance Requirements
- OSHA 10 certification required.
- Level 2 hard hat with chin strap (employee must purchase).
- Safety glasses.
- Class 2 high-visibility safety vest.
- Cut-resistant gloves.
- Rain suit; work will occasionally be performed in wet weather conditions.
Qualifications
- Must have 2+ years of experience operating a Lull Lift
- Previous Forklift experience
- Ability to perform physical labor, including lifting, carrying, and standing for extended periods.
- Strong attention to safety and compliance.
- Dependable, punctual, and able to follow instructions.
- Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions.
Work Environment
- Outdoor active job site.
- Exposure to various weather conditions, including rain.
- Typical start at 6:30am, Monday through Friday.
- Overtime required, including some Saturdays.
