About the Role
Kelly Services is seeking a detail-oriented Health Care Compliance (HCC) Analyst to support compliance operations within a highly regulated healthcare environment. This role plays a critical part in ensuring adherence to healthcare fraud and abuse laws, as well as advertising and promotion regulations governing commercial and scientific activities.
You will partner closely with cross-functional teams including Sales, Operations, and Training to support compliance initiatives, data reporting, and internal controls in a fast-paced, matrixed organization.
Key Responsibilities
Compliance & Business Partnership
- Advise and support business partners on healthcare compliance requirements
- Review and approve business activities involving compliance considerations (e.g., sponsorships, clinical activities)
- Reinforce compliance principles and support compliant decision-making
Reporting & Data Analysis
- Support federal and state reporting requirements (e.g., Open Payments)
- Generate reports and ensure timely, accurate submissions
- Perform data analysis, validation, and cleansing of financial and expense data
- Partner with internal teams to gather and consolidate reporting data
Systems & Process Support
- Act as a key user for compliance systems (e.g., Totality)
- Manage data integrity and support system-related processes and updates
- Maintain and improve standard work instructions and documentation
Training & Communication
- Provide training to internal teams and external partners on compliance systems and processes
- Support development and distribution of compliance communications
Monitoring & Auditing
- Conduct routine monitoring to ensure compliance with internal policies
- Identify gaps and support corrective actions following audits or assessments
- Prepare summary reports and present findings to compliance leadership
General Support
- Assist with conflict of interest reporting and policy exception tracking
- Support implementation of compliance policies and procedures
- Contribute to cross-functional projects and process improvements
Qualifications
Required:
- Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences, Business, or related field
- 5+ years of experience in compliance, healthcare, or regulated industry
- Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently in a fast-paced environment
Preferred:
- Experience in healthcare compliance, sales/marketing compliance, or regulated environments
- Knowledge of federal and state transparency reporting requirements
- Experience working in a matrixed organization or supporting cross-functional teams
- Project management experience
