Kelly Services is partnering with a leading cabinet company who is looking for a Machine Operator in Norwood, MA. If you’re interested, please apply using your 2026 resume. 

  • Pay: $19 per hour 

Responsibilities:

  • Operate production equipment (e.g., CNC routers, saws, edge banders, profile machines, automated cutting systems) and use correct lifting techniques for loading/unloading materials.

  • Interpret work orders and technical drawings to set up machines, adjust tooling and programs, and ensure accurate, efficient fabrication.

  • Continuously monitor equipment for dimensional accuracy, surface quality, and make necessary adjustments to maintain standards.

  • Inspect components for dimensional accuracy, finish quality, and adherence to specifications; promptly report issues to prevent waste and delays.

  • Collaborate with fabrication staff and other departments to optimize workflow and support production targets.

Qualifications:

  • Experience in cabinet manufacturing, millwork, or countertop fabrication.

  • Familiarity with quartz, granite, solid surface, laminate, or engineered materials.

  • Forklift or material-handling equipment experience.

  • Prior experience in high-volume custom manufacturing environments

  • Ability to read tape measures, blueprints, shop drawings, and production documentation accurately.
