Salary/Pay Rate/Compensation:

we have first and second shift available from $19-$20 an hour

What’s a typical day as Forklift Operator? You’ll be:

  • Transporting materials, supplies, and finished products to designated locations using Powered Industrial Trucks, including cherry pickers.

  • Receiving, distributing, and storing products as directed in secure locations.

  • Preparing and maintaining accurate records of materials received and shipped, including dates, locations, and other information.

  • Reviewing shipments and documents for quality and accuracy.

  • Confirming shipping details or special instructions and expediting shipments affecting the manufacturing process.

  • Loading and unloading materials manually and with hand trucks/skids.

  • Resolving issues with contractors or vendors and coordinating with the accounting department for invoice validation.

  • Disposing of scrap bracing, cardboard, and strapping and maintaining a safe and clean work environment.

  • Following all company safety, hygiene, and 7S program guidelines.

  • Performing other related duties as assigned.

This job might be an outstanding fit if you:

  • Have at least one year of related powered industrial truck experience (required).

  • Have cherry picker experience and are comfortable working at heights up to 30 feet (required).

  • Can lift, push, or pull up to 55 pounds.

  • Have experience in a manufacturing or warehouse dock environment (preferred).

  • Possess excellent verbal and written communication skills.

  • Demonstrate strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

  • Manage time efficiently and work well in a team environment.

  • Hold a high school diploma or equivalent
