Machine Operator Assistant – 2nd Shift | $18/hr | Temp-to-Hire | Paid Training

Join a growing food manufacturing team in Macedon, NY as a Machine Operator Assistant. This is a temp-to-hire role with opportunities to grow into higher-paying machine operator positions. No prior experience is required  training will be provided to help you succeed.

Pay & Schedule:

  • $18.00 per hour

  • 2nd Shift: Monday–Friday, 4:00 PM – 12:30 AM

Overtime opportunities may be available

 What You’ll Do:

  • Assist machine operators on production lines

  • Pack, stack, and inspect products

  • Prepare packaging materials and support equipment such as labelers and case packers

  • Ensure quality standards and product codes are followed

  • Maintain a clean and organized work area

  • Report production concerns to supervisors

What We’re Looking For:

  • Reliable, punctual, and able to follow instructions

  • Willingness to learn and grow into a machine operator role

  • Comfortable working in a manufacturing environment

  • Ability to wear required PPE (hairnet, hard hat, steel-toe shoes)
