3rd Shift Assistant Machine Operator – $19.50/hr | Temp-to-Hire | Paid Training

Looking for a hands-on night shift role where you can learn new skills and grow into a full-time career? Our Macedon, NY facility is hiring 3rd Shift Assistant Machine Operators. This is a temp-to-hire position, giving you the opportunity to join full-time with benefits after completing the temporary period.

No prior experience is required  training will be provided to help you succeed.

Pay & Schedule:

• $19.50 per hour
  

• 3rd Shift: Tuesday–Saturday, 12:00 AM – 8:30 AM

Overtime opportunities may be available

What You’ll Do:

• Support operators in running production lines efficiently
  

• Pack, stack, and inspect products to ensure quality
  

• Prepare materials and keep lines supplied
  

• Operate basic equipment like labelers and case packers
  

• Follow safety, sanitation, and GMP standards
  

• Maintain clean and organized work areas while supporting 5S practices
  

• Communicate production issues and improvement ideas to supervisors

What We’re Looking For:

• Reliable, punctual, and able to follow instructions
  

• Eager to learn and take initiative
  

• Comfortable working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment (heat, noise, moisture)
  

• Able to wear required PPE (hard hat, hairnet, steel-toe shoes)
  

• High school diploma or GED preferred
  

• Strong team player and able to communicate in English
