Pay Rate: $21/hour
Schedule: Monday – Friday
Job Overview:
Kelly Services is seeking a Material Handler in Nashville, TN to support warehouse operations. In this role, you will ensure products are received, stored, picked, packed, and shipped accurately and efficiently. This position is 80% Material Handling and 20% Reach Truck Forklift Operation.
As part of an employee-owned company, you’ll have opportunities to grow into higher-level positions while contributing to a safe and productive warehouse environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Operate warehouse equipment including Reach Truck forklifts, pallet jacks, and push carts
- Receive, store, and organize incoming materials following warehouse management system procedures
- Pick, pack, and palletize shipments accurately
- Sort and pack less-than-truckload (LTL) shipments and conduct cycle counts
- Maintain a clean and safe warehouse environment, following all safety procedures and daily inspections
Qualifications:
- Comfortable with heights and performing physical tasks in a warehouse environment, including lifting, cutting wire, climbing ladders, and working in various temperatures
- Must pass pre-employment physical testing
- Minimum age 18 required
- Strong attendance and work ethic
- 2+ years warehouse experience preferred
- Prior experience with warehouse management systems preferred
