Kelly Services is currently hiring a Customer Order Coordinator for a client in the trucking industry located in Scarborough, ON. This is a temporary to permanent opportunity, ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys working in a high-volume, customer-focused role.
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Act as the main point of contact for customers, handling inquiries via email related to orders, quotes, and general requests
- Process a high volume of customer orders with accuracy and efficiency
- Enter and manage order details within a TMS system
- Coordinate internally to ensure orders are properly communicated and completed
- Provide shipment updates and tracking information as requested
- Handle and resolve customer concerns in a professional and timely manner
- Maintain accurate records of orders and customer interactions
What We’re Looking For:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in supply chain or logistics, ideally within the transportation industry
- Experience using a TMS system (Truckmate or similar is an asset)
- Strong data entry skills with a high level of accuracy
- Ability to manage a high-volume workload in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word)
- A customer-focused and detail-oriented approach
What’s in It for You:
- Pay rate $23/hour + vacation pay
- Weekly pay via direct deposit
- Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM, 5 days in office
- Overtime available
