Machine Operator – 2nd Shift
Location: Charlotte, NC 28206
Pay: $17.50 per hour
Shift: 2nd Shift | 4:00 PM – 1:00 AM
Schedule: Monday – Friday (Overtime as needed)
Pay Frequency: Weekly Pay (Every Friday)
Position Overview
Kelly® Professional & Industrial is currently seeking Machine Operators to support production and manufacturing operations in Charlotte, NC. This role is ideal for dependable individuals who enjoy hands-on work, operating machinery, and working in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Set up, operate, and monitor production machinery
- Perform routine machine maintenance and troubleshoot basic mechanical issues
- Inspect finished products for quality and accuracy according to specifications
- Load and unload materials into machines
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
- Follow all company safety policies and operating procedures
- Accurately track and record production data
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED required
- Previous machine operator or manufacturing experience preferred
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
- Reliable attendance and strong work ethic required
- Must be available to work full 2nd shift schedule (4:00 PM – 1:00 AM)
