Job Title: Administrative Assistant
Location: Rockford, IL 61103
Work Schedule: 1st Shift – Monday to Friday - full time.
Pay Rate: USD 40 – 43/hr
Contract: 1 year
Qualifications:
• 1-3 years of administrative or sales support experience
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Ability to manage a high volume of sales orders and customer inquiries
• Detail-oriented with organizational and multitasking abilities
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and general office systems
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively with the sales team
• Remote work is ocationally allowed, on site preffered
Responsibilities:
• Provide daily administrative support to the sales team
• Process a high volume of sales orders received
• Answer phone calls from customers and respond to inquiries
• Communicate customer feedback and concerns to the sales team
• Check pricing and order status information for customers
• Assist customers with complaints
• Prepare and report monthly sales results to the sales team
• Maintain accurate records and support additional administrative tasks as needed
