Job Opportunity: Talent Sourcer/Recruiter – Manufacturing Focus
Location: N Austin
Duration: 12+ months
Start Date: ASAP
Pay Rate: 35-43/hr

We are seeking a Talent Sourcer/Recruiter to help support our Manufacturing organization. In this role, you will play a key part in identifying, attracting, and engaging both early-career and experienced manufacturing professionals, including roles such as Technical Program Managers, Manufacturing Engineers, Buyers, Technicians, and related support functions.
This is a fantastic opportunity to gain hands-on recruiting experience within a fast-paced, high-tech environment.
Key Responsibilities
Talent Sourcing & Recruiting
- Source active and passive candidates for manufacturing roles using LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, employee referrals, and professional networks.
- Build and maintain a robust pipeline for high-volume and critical hiring needs.
- Conduct initial candidate outreach, engagement, and pre-screening to assess interest and qualifications.
- Research market trends, competitor hiring activity, and talent availability within the semiconductor equipment industry.
- May handle end-to-end requisition management, including extending offers to candidates.
Collaboration & Support
- Work closely with Recruiters and Hiring Managers to understand role requirements, skill sets needed, geographic preferences, and business priorities.
- Support interview scheduling, candidate tracking, and documentation in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
- Keep candidates informed to ensure a positive experience throughout the hiring process.
Data & Process Management
- Monitor sourcing activity and track candidate progress in the ATS.
- Provide weekly updates on talent pipelines, market challenges, and recruiting insights.
- Ensure accuracy in data tracking and compliance with relevant standards.
Qualifications
Required
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
- Experience in Talent Acquisition, sourcing, or Human Resources.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to organize, prioritize, and manage multiple tasks in a dynamic setting.
- Eagerness to learn technical terminology related to semiconductor equipment and field service roles.
Preferred
- Interest or exposure to semiconductor, capital equipment, high-tech manufacturing, or related engineering fields.
- Experience with LinkedIn, Boolean search, or other candidate sourcing tools (through academic projects, internships, or self-guided learning).
- Familiarity with using applicant tracking systems.

Work Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
