Location: Santa Clara CA (Onsite preferred; remote may be considered for strong candidates)
Shift: Monday–Friday (8–5 or 9–6)

Are you an experienced technical recruiter ready to take on an impactful, fast-paced assignment with one of the industry’s leading semiconductor manufacturing organizations?

We are seeking a highly skilled Recruiter to manage full-cycle hiring for engineering roles supporting a world-class manufacturing facility in Santa Clara. 

This contract role offers immediate start, a competitive pay rate, and the chance to make a real difference recruiting exceptional talent for a high profile tech leader. 


Responsibilities

  • Lead end-to-end recruiting for Process Engineering and Product Engineering roles within the semiconductor manufacturing group.

  • Conduct intake meetings to understand hiring manager needs and technical objectives.

  • Develop sourcing strategies to target both active and passive engineering candidates, leveraging LinkedIn Recruiter, engineering networks, referrals, industry events, and specialized talent communities.

  • Build and maintain pipelines for key skill areas, including semiconductor process development, deposition, etch, CMP, metrology, hardware, product development, data analysis, and yield improvement.

  • Screen candidates for technical proficiencies, problem-solving skills, semiconductor tool knowledge, and cultural fit.

  • Provide a seamless, high-touch candidate experience from initial outreach through onboarding.

  • Advise hiring managers on market trends, talent availability, job requirements, and competitive positioning.

  • Offer weekly updates on recruiting pipeline health, challenges, and opportunities.

  • Collaborate with workforce planning, compensation, and HR operations to ensure smooth hiring workflows.

  • Manage recruiting operations through ATS platforms (Workday preferred), tracking feedback, compliance, and metrics for continuous improvement.

Qualifications
Required:

  • 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience (semiconductor, hardware, or complex engineering roles strongly preferred)

  • Proven success sourcing Process Engineering and/or Product Engineering candidates

  • Expertise working in high-tech, highly technical environments with diverse stakeholders

  • Excellent communication, relationship management, and prioritization skills

  • Proficiency in LinkedIn Recruiter and ATS platforms (Workday highly valued)

Preferred:

  • Recruiting in semiconductor OEM, fab, or advanced manufacturing environments

  • Knowledge of semiconductor process modules (Deposition, Etch, CMP, PVD/CVD, etc.)

  • Ability to interpret technical resumes and assess engineering backgrounds
