Kelly Services is partnering with a university who is looking for a Senior Administrative Assistant in Milton, MA. 

  • Pay: $25 per hour 

Responsibilities: 
The Senior Administrative Assistant supports student recruitment and enrollment, assists faculty, handles administrative processing of expenditures and purchases, performs clerical tasks, and oversees the Student Ambassador Program—including managing meetings, tasks, HR paperwork, timecards, and ongoing program evaluation.

  • Respond to and direct phone and email inquiries; assist visitors and prospective students; train student workers at the front desk.

  • Process and track departmental expenditures, purchases, and requisitions.

  • Manage and update student enrollment lists; handle tutorial registrations and payments; maintain confidential files; assist with alumni documentation requests; help with student course registrations.

  • Coordinate Summer PAL student communications, applications, registrations, travel, and medical documentation; manage email and information systems; support logistics and program staff.

  • Provide administrative support to the Director; arrange event logistics; monitor and order supplies; maintain office equipment and files; handle mail; track departmental lists; submit facility maintenance requests; maintain the student lounge and coffee stations.

  • Oversee Student Ambassador Program: conduct meetings, facilitate tasks, handle HR paperwork and timecards; coordinate with staff; manage event, tour, and social media roles; support ambassador engagement and retention efforts.

Qualifications: 

  • Five to seven years of office administration experience, including proven supervisory experience.

  • Demonstrable computing skills and efficiency utilizing complex computing applications on the systems and programs of College’s choice; currently by way of example, Microsoft Office Suite.

  • Associate’s degreee required
