We’re looking for enthusiastic, motivated individuals to join our client’s team as a Condominium Property Manager in St. Catharines, ON!

In this full-time, permanent role, you’ll help our client with their condominium management needs.

What You’ll Do:

  • Prioritizing and conducting the business and projects generated by the portfolio in a timely manner

  • Liaise, communicate, and meet with the Board of Directors of each Condominium Corporation within the portfolio

  • Managing projects, emergencies, contracts, and contractors as generated by the portfolio

  • Conducting meetings and meeting administration (e.g., prepare meeting agendas, follow up with accurate minutes). Some evening meetings required.

  • Administering financial matters of the portfolio including preparation of annual budgets, analyzing expenses, review invoices and ensure account allocations are correct

What We’re Looking For:

  • Post-secondary degree in a related field, preferably business or related area preferred

  • Must hold and maintain a valid Condominium Management Limited or General License issued by the CMRAO throughout the duration of employment

  • 2 or more years’ condominium management experience, supporting a large portfolio in office and field environments are required

  • Understanding of physical building management, Condominium Act, financial and budgetary management, and law affecting property management.

  • Ability to conduct property inspections

  • Ability to manage resident and Board of Directors relations, Board meeting expectations

  • Ability to read, analyze, and interpret technical procedures, bylaws, statutes and regulations

Salary:

  • $55,000 to $75,00 depending on License and experience
