Salary/Pay Rate/Compensation:
$32.00 per hour

Shift:
Monday-Friday 6:30am-3:30pm; work from home option on Friday after training is completed

What’s a typical day as Service Parts Data Analyst? You’ll be:

  • Establishing service parts data in the FAST 2000 parts catalog authoring system for assigned commodities and current automotive models

  • Continually updates and resolves the ongoing accuracy of the parts catalog systems and ensures accuracy of NNA Service Parts Master File PMF part of the Nissan Motor Parts System NMPS.

  • Interprets CAD data, references photos, Nissan standards and knowledge of dealer operations to optimize illustration layout to develop catalog parts illustration markups

  • Coordinating input from engineering, supply, purchasing, warehousing, distribution, marketing, vendors, and pricing to accurately define and code parts for sale

  • Reconciling differing viewpoints to determine optimal sales approach (assembly vs. individual components)

  • Maintaining and updating service parts catalog systems and ensuring accuracy of the Service Parts Master File

  • Investigating and resolving catalog inquiries from Dealer Parts Information Center and export customers

  • Researching and preparing materials to support stock validation by distribution centers

  • Consulting with Analysts or Senior Planners for complex issues and providing additional support as needed

This job might be an outstanding fit if you:

  • Possess knowledge of national supply and distribution processes and automotive service parts nomenclature

  • CAD experience.

  • Exhibit exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and collaborative skills

  • Communicate effectively with technical experts and cross-functional teams

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred
