Salary/Pay Rate/Compensation:
$34/hour
Work Hours: 02:00 PM to 10:00 PM

What’s a typical day as a Maintenance Supervisor? You’ll be:
– Managing day-to-day production and maintenance activities while supervising union-represented employees.
– Overseeing employee pay, driving production flow, and participating in maintenance planning and activities.
– Ensuring efficient operations on the assembly line while implementing process improvements.
This job might be an outstanding fit if you:
– Have a High School Diploma or GED; additional certifications or degrees are preferred.
– Bring at least 3 years of experience in a manufacturing environment, with strong leadership and mechanical skills.
– Are proficient in Microsoft Office and have a solid understanding of manufacturing processes, preventive maintenance, and lean manufacturing principles.
