Part Time Dispatcher, 2nd Shift (5:00 pm – 9:00 pm)
West Chester, OH
Description
Pay $22/hr
  
Key Responsibilities:

Order Entry: – Accurately input late-night work orders into GTG.
Driver Assignment: - Assign drivers to new orders, ensuring timely and efficient routing.
Auditing: - Review and audit billing and driver settlements during downtime to maintain accuracy.
Issue Resolution: - Assist drivers and customers with any issues or concerns that arise during the shift.
Communication: – Maintain effective communication with drivers and team members to facilitate smooth operations.
Documentation: - Keep accurate records of dispatch activities and order statuses.
Compliance: Ensure adherence to company policies and industry regulations.

Requirements
Work Environment/Physical Demands:
This position requires work in an office environment. No travel is required. Currently, the position does not require on-call duties outside of normal office hours. 

The physical demands that are required to perform the essential functions of this job: sitting, standing, walking, driving, using hands, stooping, kneeling, talking, lifting from 10 – 50 or more pounds.
