Salary/Pay Rate/Compensation:
$18.03 per hour / 12-hour rotating shift (7:00pm – 7:00am) / Contract to Hire; Every other weekend off.

What’s a typical day as Manufacturing Stacker? You’ll be:
- Stacking decking boards onto pallets and securely strapping down pallets as per production schedules.
- Measuring the squareness and length of boards with precision, ensuring product quality.
- Inspecting boards for correct length, shape, corners, and embossing.
- Wiping down decking boards before embossing for optimal finish.
- Moving products between floors, pallets, conveyors, and tables efficiently.
- Keeping the stacker area clean and free of debris, maintaining a safe environment.
- Cutting scraps using a table saw and performing general labor tasks as assigned.
- Following all work rules and regulations, and maintaining safety standards.
This job might be an outstanding fit if you:
- Have a high school diploma or GED.
- Bring one year of experience in a manufacturing environment (preferred).
- Can communicate clearly and effectively in English, reading, writing, and performing basic math.
- Are available to work 12-hour rotating shifts and willing to work overtime as needed.
- Are comfortable working in an indoor facility without air conditioning or heating, around loud machinery.
- Are physically capable of frequent bending, grasping, pushing/pulling, repetitive motions, standing, and lifting up to 50 pounds.
