Pay & Shift Details:

• Pay Rate: $15.50/hour (First Shift)
  

• Shift Hours: 5:30 am – 1:30 pm

What You’ll Do:

• Assemble pre-machined cabinet parts and sub-assemblies with care, following set assembly patterns.
  

• Show your support of our core CARE values every day.

• Safely operate hand, electronic, and pneumatic tools to complete bench-type processes.
  

• Monitor and report any defects or questionable materials to your supervisor.
  

• Keep your tools performing their best with preventative maintenance.
  

• Meet production goals while strictly maintaining our company’s high standards for safety and quality.
  

• Always wear all required PPE—safety glasses, ear plugs, and safety shoes (other PPE as required).
  

• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workspace.
  

• Perform other duties as assigned.

What We’re Looking For:

• High school graduate or equivalent.
  

• Detail-oriented and relentlessly safety-focused.
  

• Solid verbal and written communication skills.
  

• Strong analytical and time management skills.
  

• Ability to use measuring tools and basic math.
  

• Physically capable: able to stand, walk, stoop, lift/move 50+ lbs., and perform repetitive motions for extended periods (inside and out).
