Are you looking for a hands-on role where you can make a real impact? Do you take pride in producing top-quality products and exceeding customer expectations? If so, we want YOU to join our team as an Assembler!
Pay & Shift Details:
- Pay Rate: $15.50/hour (First Shift)
- Shift Hours: 5:30 am – 1:30 pm
What You’ll Do:
- Assemble pre-machined cabinet parts and sub-assemblies with care, following set assembly patterns.
- Show your support of our core CARE values every day.
- Commit to delivering the highest quality—because our customers deserve the best!
- Safely operate hand, electronic, and pneumatic tools to complete bench-type processes.
- Monitor and report any defects or questionable materials to your supervisor.
- Keep your tools performing their best with preventative maintenance.
- Meet production goals while strictly maintaining our company’s high standards for safety and quality.
- Always wear all required PPE—safety glasses, ear plugs, and safety shoes (other PPE as required).
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workspace.
- Perform other duties as assigned.

What We’re Looking For:
- High school graduate or equivalent.
- Detail-oriented and relentlessly safety-focused.
- Solid verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong analytical and time management skills.
- Ability to use measuring tools and basic math.
- Physically capable: able to stand, walk, stoop, lift/move 50+ lbs., and perform repetitive motions for extended periods (inside and out).
