Job Title: Quickbooks/ order entry specialist 

Location: Lumberton, TX (Main Office) 
Pay: $19 hr
Schedule: Mon-Fri 8am-5pm 
Job type: Temp-hire after 90 days – Full-time 

 

Role Summary

The Data Order Entry Operator is responsible for accurately inputting, updating, and maintaining customer orders and system specifications within our proprietary database. 

Key Responsibilities

  • Order Processing: Enter high volumes of incoming orders from installers, contractors, and distributors into the system.


  • Technical Verification: Cross-reference orders with Technical Documentation and State Regulations to ensure the requested systems meet local compliance.


  • Data Integrity: Maintain and update customer records, including shipping addresses for various “Yards” (e.g., Johnson City, Kemp, Waller) and contact details for licensed installers.


  • Communication: Coordinate with the sales team and warehouse to clarify vague order details or address inventory discrepancies.


  • Reporting: Generate daily and weekly summaries of order statuses and processing times for management review.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Precision: High level of attention to detail (essential for handling technical part numbers and regulatory codes).


  • Speed: Minimum typing speed of 50-60 WPM with high accuracy.


  • Technical Savvy: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with CRM or ERP order-entry software & QuickBooks 


  • Industry Knowledge: (Preferred) Familiarity with wastewater, construction, or environmental services terminology.


  • Professionalism: Strong written communication skills for interacting with the Clearstream team and external partners.
