Job Title: Receptionist

Location: Charlotte, NC – 28217

Work Schedule: Monday to Friday / 8:00 am to 5:00 pm 

Pay Rate: USD 23 – 24/hr (according to experience)

Contract: 11 months contract 

Qualifications:
• 1-3 years of receptionist or administrative support experience
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Professional and friendly attitude when interacting with clients and visitors
• Ability to multitask and prioritize
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Proficient with basic office equipment, including phones, copiers, and fax machines

Responsibilities:
• Serve as the first point of contact for clients and visitors in the office
• Greet visitors with a positive and professional attitude
• Answer and route phone calls appropriately
• Assist visitors in navigating the office
• Schedule appointments and maintain calendars as needed
• Prepare meeting and training rooms
• Perform general administrative tasks, including copying, faxing, and note-taking
• Sort and distribute incoming mail
• Coordinate travel arrangements as needed
