What You’ll Do
- Serve as the first point of contact (phone & in-person)
- Support patient intake, scheduling, and documentation
- Confirm deliveries and complete data entry
- Assist with billing, payments, and insurance questions
- Maintain records (scan, file, fax)
- Support equipment setup, returns, and basic warehouse tasks
- Conduct follow-ups and customer satisfaction calls
What You Bring
- High School Diploma or GED
- 2+ years of office or customer service experience
- Strong communication and multitasking skills
- Basic computer skills (data entry, Outlook)
