Pay Rate: $24.14/hour

Shift: Days – Must be able to work a set of 9 hour shifts anytime between 5am and 7pm

hat’s a typical day as Service Contract Admin? You’ll be:

  • Managing all aspects of service contract functions, including proposals, negotiations, and ensuring compliance with obligations and conditions

  • Processing POC IT annual service agreements, invoicing, price verification, and matching purchase orders in ERP systems

  • Filing, maintaining, and tracking all contract and invoice documentation

  • Building rapport with customers to facilitate contract renewals and accurate invoicing

  • Collaborating with sales and IT teams to drive revenue growth and renew service contracts

  • Identifying process efficiencies and supporting IT solution teams

  • Adhering to all compliance requirements and escalating customer claim issues to management

This job might be an outstanding fit if you:

  • Have an Associate’s Degree with 2+ years of relevant experience, or a Bachelor’s Degree with experience in billing, invoicing, and contract audits (required)

  • Possess strong communication and organizational skills with a sense of urgency

  • Are familiar with Windows & MS Office (required)

  • Experience with Microsoft Dynamics, 365, or Axapta is a plus

  • Can effectively manage time and demonstrate team leadership

  • Thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment

  • Are fluent in English (French is preferred, but not required)
