Salary/Schedule:
- Shift: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM, Monday to Friday, with remote work on Fridays
- Salary: $32.00 – $40.00 per hour (Negotiable)

What a Typical Day Looks Like for a Global Travel Analyst:
- Manage daily operations of the Global Corporate Credit Card Program and assist remote HR departments with card issuance and cancellations.
- Prepare and reconcile Business Travel Accounts (BTA) for U.S. processing and payments, coordinating with Finance to ensure prompt reimbursement of travel expenses.
- Generate and analyze reports for all travel-related systems, provide secondary support for the Expense Reimbursement system, and adhere to company security policies.
This Role May Be a Great Fit for You If You:
- Hold an Associate’s Degree (preferred) and have at least 2 years of relevant experience in Accounting, Finance, Information Technology, Program Administration, or a similar field.
- Have experience in Corporate Travel, Corporate Cards, and Travel & Expense Reimbursement systems.
- Are proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, MS SharePoint) and possess basic knowledge of accounting and finance.
