Overview
Kelly Services is seeking a highly motivated Sales Engineer to join a growing industrial solutions organization. This role is ideal for someone who combines strong technical aptitude with a customer-focused sales mindset. You will play a key role in driving revenue, supporting customers, and collaborating with internal teams to ensure seamless operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Interface directly with customers to generate and grow sales
- Provide technical support via phone and email
- Collaborate with sales representatives to support business development efforts
- Generate and manage documentation for production
- Support internal production and operations teams as needed
- Assist in facilitating day-to-day operational activities
Qualifications
- Highly motivated self-starter with a proactive mindset
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational abilities
- Minimum of 3+ years of experience in a professional environment
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
- Industrial experience or technical background is a plus
Compensation & Benefits
- Competitive base salary: $100,000 – $125,000 (commensurate with experience)
