Title: Workday Reporting & Dashboard Consultant
Location: King of Prussia, PA / Open to remote candidates
Duration: 3 months +
Pay Rate: $35.00 – $50.00/hour (depending upon experience)
Overview
- We are seeking a Workday Reporting & Dashboard Consultant for a short-term contract engagement to support the design, development, and deployment of reporting and analytics solutions within Workday.
- The consultant will work closely with business stakeholders and internal teams to gather requirements, develop dashboards and reports, configure hubs, ensure proper security access, and support testing and documentation.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather and document reporting and analytics requirements
- Design and develop Workday dashboards, reports, and analytics solutions
- Configure and enable Workday Hubs to provide centralized access to reports and dashboards
- Perform data validation and testing of dashboards and reports
- Review and adjust Workday security groups to ensure proper access and compliance
- Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and address feedback from business users
- Troubleshoot reporting and dashboard issues
- Prepare design documentation, technical specifications, and test scripts
- Maintain documentation for deployed dashboards and reporting solutions
- Provide knowledge transfer to internal teams where necessary
Deliverables
- Functional Workday dashboards and reports
- Configured and operational Workday hubs
- Security configuration adjustments where required
- Design documentation and test scripts
- UAT support and issue resolution
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree
- Minimum of 1-3 years’ hands-on experience with Workday reporting and analytics
- Strong experience creating Workday dashboards and custom reports
- Experience configuring Workday Hubs
- Knowledge of Workday security groups and role-based access
- Experience gathering business requirements and translating them into technical solutions
- Experience supporting UAT and testing cycles
- Strong documentation skills (design documents, test scripts, and configuration documentation)
- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with Workday Prism Analytics
- Experience working with HR, Payroll Workday modules
- Prior experience in a consulting or implementation environment
