Salary/Pay Rate/Compensation: $21/hr
Shift: 6am-2pm with overtime through the week and on some Saturdays

What’s a typical day as Maintenance Worker? You’ll be:
- Cleaning, maintaining, and troubleshooting strapping and glue machines, including opening, vacuuming out particulates, loading materials, and performing basic repairs.
- Loading plastic strapping material, plastic beads, and film into packaging machines.
- Performing general maintenance duties, such as minor repairs (e.g., fixing toilets, assembling furniture), and cleaning up work areas.
- Using basic hand and power tools, following safety protocols, and practicing Lockout/Tagout (LOTO) procedures.
- Reporting to the Maintenance Supervisor or designated lead.
This job might be an outstanding fit if you:
- Have 1-5 years of experience in machine set up/changeover, facilities, or a similar environment (required).
- Are comfortable working 6am-2pm, with overtime on Saturdays (average 2 Saturdays/month).
- Know how to use basic hand and power tools and can perform basic troubleshooting.
- Are familiar with safe work practices and Lockout/Tagout procedures.
- Are reliable, detail-oriented, and able to follow instructions.
- Can work in a manufacturing or warehouse setting and have a strong work ethic.
