Maintenance Technician
Location: Cerritos / Santa Fe Springs, CA
Setting: Warehouse- Beverage Distribution
Pay Rate: $24-28 an hour
• Forklift experience and certification is a plus
Schedule:
• Full-time
• Monday- Friday, OT WEEKENDS
-7am-4pm

Technical Maintenance Skills
• Electrical Systems: Wiring, troubleshooting circuits, motors, and lighting.
• Plumbing: Repairing leaks, unclogging drains, and fixing fixtures.
• HVAC: Heating, ventilation, and air conditioning maintenance.
• Mechanics: Repairing machinery, hydraulics, and pneumatics – Conveyor
• Carpentry & Masonry: Building repair, fabrication, and drywall repair.
• Preventive Maintenance: Routine inspections and servicing to prevent breakdowns.
• Safety Procedures: Adhering to OSHA regulations and proper tool usage.
Tools & Equipment
• Hand/Power Tools: Wrenches, drills, saws etc.
• Diagnostic Tools: Multimeters, pressure gauges.
• Specialized Machinery: Forklifts, Scissor lifts Units.
Soft Skills
• Problem-Solving: Analyzing and repairing complex, unexpected issues.
• Attention to Detail: Identifying subtle issues before they cause failure.
• Communication: Interacting with staff, tenants, or management.
• Time Management: Prioritizing tasks under pressure.
• Physical Abilities: Hand ability, stand, walk claim for long periods.
• Organizational Skills: Clean and organize
• Communication Skills: Communicate with Clarity and details
