Salary/Pay Rate/Compensation:
The typical hiring range for this role is $65,000 to $75,000 annually, based on several factors such as education, work experience, skills, certifications, and location. What’s a typical day as Sanitation Supervisor? You’ll be:
• Supervising and guiding staff to clean and sanitize production line equipment and facilities according to schedules and Sanitation Standard Operating Procedures (SSOPs).
• Implementing and maintaining sanitation procedures and training in compliance with the company’s Sanitation Program.
• Monitoring employee performance and adherence to attendance policies, providing guidance and feedback as needed.

This job might be an outstanding fit if you:
• Hold an Associate’s degree in food science, microbiology, food safety, or a related field, with 3+ years in a QA or Sanitation role in a food manufacturing environment.
• Have 2+ years of experience in a supervisory or team leader role, with bilingual skills in English and Spanish preferred.
• Possess knowledge of microbiology, sanitation, chemical safety, and pest control, along with intermediate Microsoft Office skills (Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).
