Global Product Manager – Own the Strategy. Drive Global Impact.

Brea, CA | Salary: $150K+ w/ 10% Bonus | Hybrid (Fridays Only)

Lead Products That Make a Global Difference

We’re seeking a strategic, hands-on Global Product Manager to take full ownership of product lines—from concept through launch and lifecycle management. This is a high-impact role for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, can operate with minimal oversight, and knows how to turn insights into global product success.

If you’ve led end-to-end product strategy in a regulated industry and enjoy influencing cross-functional teams, this is your opportunity to make a real impact.

What You’ll Own

  • Drive global product strategy, revenue, and margin growth across assigned categories

  • Lead end-to-end product lifecycle management (concept ? launch ? optimization ? obsolescence)

  • Own and execute go-to-market strategies, including product positioning and messaging

  • Lead upstream marketing efforts, shaping product vision based on market, customer, and competitive insights

  • Partner cross-functionally with marketing, operations, suppliers, and commercial teams

  • Act as a key internal influencer, aligning stakeholders and driving engagement across teams

  • Develop pricing strategies and business cases to support growth and profitability

  • Analyze global market trends and customer needs to build product roadmaps

  • Track performance through KPIs and support continuous improvement initiatives

  • Support trade shows and occasional travel as needed

What You Bring (Must-Haves)

  • Bachelor’s degree required

  • 3–5+ years of product management experience in a highly regulated industry (medical device or dental required)

  • Global product experience with exposure to international markets

  • Experience working across both distribution and direct sales channels

  • Proven ability to own product strategy end-to-end, including messaging and go-to-market execution

  • Strong analytical, financial, and problem-solving skills

  • Ability to influence without authority and collaborate across cross-functional teams

  • Experience working in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities and minimal direction

Ready to Make an Impact?

If you’re a strategic thinker who can execute, and you’re ready to take ownership of global product success—we want to hear from you. Send your resume to daid740@kellyservices.com Or call Daisy at 562-471-7322
