Overview
Kelly Services is seeking a detail-oriented Pricing Auditor/Analyst Contractor to support pricing validation and auditing activities. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with data, identifying discrepancies, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure accuracy across systems.
 

Key Responsibilities

• Validate pricing information using Excel-based datasets and internal pricing tools
  

• Identify and document pricing discrepancies with clear, detailed notes
  

• Collaborate with Product Management and Customer Service teams on pricing reviews and inquiries
  

• Maintain consistent and organized documentation of audit findings
  

• Follow established workflows, processes, and quality standards

Qualifications

Technical Skills

• Proficiency in Excel (sorting, filtering, lookups, basic formulas)
  

• Working knowledge of Microsoft Word for documentation
  

• Ability to quickly learn and navigate internal systems

Professional Skills

• Strong written communication skills with attention to detail
  

• Clear verbal communication for cross-functional collaboration
  

• Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple tasks
  

• Self-motivated and able to work independently with minimal supervision

Tools & Systems

• Pricing tools (Heroku/Salesforce)
  

• ETQ Reliance (Quality System platform)
  

• Microsoft Excel and Word
