$17/hr Day Shift | $18.25/hr Night Shift | Midlothian, TX | Food Company
Are you seeking a rewarding role with a fast-growing food company? We’re on the lookout for motivated, detail-oriented Pick Pack Associates to join our team in Midlothian, TX. Position: Pick Pack Associate
Pay: $17 per hour (Day Shift), $18.25 per hour (Night Shift)
Location: Midlothian, TX
Schedule: Full-time, day & night shifts available (2/2/3 schedule;
Day: 6am–6:30pm, Night: 6pm–6:30am)
What You’ll Do:

  • Accurately pick and pack food products for shipment

  • Always follow Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) to ensure quality and safety

  • Maintain a clean, organized workspace

  • Assist with inventory and other warehouse tasks as needed

What We’re Looking For:

  • Ability to stand, lift, and move up to 50 lbs during your shift

  • Great attention to detail and a strong work ethic

  • Previous warehouse or food handling experience is a plus (but not required)

  • Willingness to follow company policies and GMP guidelines
