Job Title: HR Administrative Assistant
Location: Windsor, ON
Duration: 1 Month (with potential for extension)

Kelly Services is currently seeking a motivated and detail-oriented HR Administrative Assistant to support one of our clients in Windsor on a temporary basis. This is a great opportunity for a recent graduate or someone early in their HR career to gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced HR environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative support within the HR department

  • Organize, sort, and maintain employee files, including filing, purging, and preparing documents for off-site storage

  • Assist with backlog cleanup of HR records and documentation

  • Act as an additional support resource in the HR office, assisting with general inquiries and directing employees as needed

  • Collect, organize, and track employee forms and documentation

  • Input and manage data using Excel and internal systems

  • Follow established processes and ensure compliance with company policies and the collective agreement

  • Support day-to-day HR operations and adapt to shifting priorities

Qualifications:

  • Recent graduate with a diploma/degree in Human Resources is preferred

  • Strong administrative and organizational skills

  • Proficiency in MS Office

  • Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism

  • Strong communication skills and a positive, approachable attitude

  • Ability to work independently and take initiative in a fast-paced environment
