Kelly Services is now hiring an Executive Assistant to work at one of oupremier clients in Plainview, TX. You must have 15+ years of administrative experience in a higher education environment. Hours are day shift Monday-Friday. This is an excellent temp-to-hire opportunity for the right candidate! 

Annual Salary/Compensation:
Up to $55K, depending on experience.

What’s a typical day as an Executive Assistant? You’ll be:
– Assisting the Vice President for Finance & Administration/CFO with calendar management, scheduling meetings, and arranging travel, serving as the primary point of contact for the office.
– Preparing, reviewing, and editing correspondence, reports, and presentations to ensure clarity and professionalism.
– Maintaining accurate and organized files, both physical and electronic, including confidential financial and legal documents.

This job might be an outstanding fit if you:
– Possess strong organizational and time management skills, with proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software for financial data and presentations.
– Demonstrate strong interpersonal and written communication skills, with the ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and integrity.
