Kelly Services is seeking an Administrative Assistant to work at a nationwide chemical manufacturer and distributor in Sweetwater, TX. You must have previous 3+ years of administrative experience and D365 Microsoft is preferred. Hours are day shift Monday-Friday and pay rate is $18 per hour. This is a great temp-to-hire opportunity for the right candidate!
What’s a typical day as Administrative Assistant? You’ll be:
• Providing essential administrative support to staff and management, including typing shipping papers, taking customer orders, and processing accounts payable/receivable.
• Maintaining and organizing office filing systems, ensuring data integrity and confidentiality while handling incoming and outgoing communications.
• Scheduling and coordinating meetings, travel arrangements, and company events, while serving as the primary point of contact for inquiries.
This job might be an outstanding fit if you:
• Have a high school diploma or equivalent and 3-5 years of experience in a corporate environment as a general secretary or customer service representative.
• Are proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint) and comfortable using Excel for data entry and spreadsheet organization.
• Possess a proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment and are willing to work overtime as needed.
