Salary/Pay Rate/Compensation:

$60 per hour; 8 am – 5 pm CT, 8 hours/day with a 1-hour lunch

What’s a typical day as an Onsite Sr. Recruiter? You’ll be:

  • Driving full-cycle recruitment for Operations hourly roles including Production Specialists, Line Supervisors, Maintenance Technicians, and more.

  • Proactively sourcing active and passive candidates using creative methodologies.

  • Collaborating with hiring managers and leadership on staffing priorities and job requisitions.

  • Managing requisitions through SmartRecruiter ATS, reporting successes, and maintaining recruiting metrics.

  • Compiling and communicating industry and market data and trends to business leaders.

  • Preparing and reviewing competitive offer packages, ensuring they align with equity and market standards.

  • Ensuring meticulous compliance with state and federal employment laws and policies.

This job might be an outstanding fit if you:

  • Hold a Bachelor’s degree (required).

  • Bring 5+ years of full-cycle recruitment experience (7+ years preferred), ideally in the pharmaceutical industry.

  • Demonstrate strong written and verbal communication skills, project a solid business presence, and consistently deliver results.

  • Are proficient in proactive sourcing, requisition management, and ATS systems (including iCIMS and SmartRecruiter).

  • Have a proven ability to adhere to compliant recruitment processes and regulations.

  • Can effectively fill requisitions in a timely manner and develop robust talent pools aligned with business needs.
