Injection Molding Operators / Press Operator – 2nd & 3rd Shift
Location: Telford, PA 18969
Pay Rate: $20/hr (Temp-to-Hire)
 
Monday – Friday Schedule:

  • 2nd Shift: 3:00 PM – 11:00 PM

  • 3rd Shift: 11:00 PM – 7:00 AM

  • First Day Orientation: 8:15 AM – 3:30 PM

 
Details

Our facility manufactures flexible packaging, including plastic bottles and custom packaging solutions. As a Press Operator, you will support press operations by preparing changeovers, assisting with machine operation, ensuring product quality, and performing basic preventative maintenance. You’ll train and support other press assistants and help maintain a safe, organized work environment.
 
Key Responsibilities

  • Perform all duties in compliance with GMP and SQF requirements

  • Oversee press operations under the guidance of the Press Operator or Supervisor

  • Prepare and execute press changeovers efficiently and accurately

  • Monitor and ensure product quality and compliance with standards

  • Train and assist other press assistants on operational procedures

  • Conduct preventative maintenance per company protocols

  • Maintain a clean, safe workspace and equipment

  • Record quality, production, and waste data accurately

  • Follow all safety protocols and report safety issues immediately

  • Perform other duties as assigned to support press operations

 
What We’re Looking For

  • Previous experience in press operations or manufacturing required

  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality

  • Ability to work effectively as part of a team

  • Physically able to stand, bend, and lift up to 50 lbs

  • Willingness to work overtime as needed

 
Dress Code & Facility Details

  • Casual dress code

  • Steel-toed shoes/boots are required (Toe caps provided if needed)

  • NO JEWELRY ALLOWED!

  • If wearing nail polish, gloves must be worn at all times

  • No public transportation available to the facility

  • Work environment has an odor similar to nail polish remover

 
Additional Details

  • Overtime may be required depending on production needs

  • Reliable attendance is vital—call-out procedures must be followed for any absence

  • One-day orientation is required before starting your assigned shift; occasional training on a different shift

  • Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs

  • No vaping or tobacco use permitted onsite
