Press Operator / Injection Molding Operator – 2nd & 3rd Shift

Location: Telford, PA 18969
Pay: $20/hr (Temp-to-Hire)

Kelly Services is partnering with a company that manufactures flexible packaging solutions such as plastic bottles, specialty pouches, and custom packaging films. Their products are essential for keeping food, beverages, and other goods safe, fresh, and convenient. By joining their team, you’ll help produce packaging used every day in the food, beverage, coffee, and pet food industries—all within a clean, state-of-the-art facility dedicated to quality and innovation.

  • Monday to Friday schedules

    • 2nd Shift: 3:00 PM – 11:00 PM

    • 3rd Shift: 11:00 PM – 7:00 AM

    • First-day orientation to set you up for success – 8am – 3:30pm

What You’ll Do

  • Be hands-on! Operate and support press equipment, perform changeovers, and keep the line moving smoothly

  • Ensure Quality: Monitor products, document production, and address issues to meet client standards

  • Stay Engaged: Work closely with team members, help ensure safety and train new Press Assistants

  • Contribute to a Safe Workplace: Help with ongoing maintenance and keep your area clean and organized

  • Take pride in your work! You’re helping manufacture products used across industries every day

What Makes You a Great Fit?

  • You have experience in press operations or manufacturing—you know your way around the plant floor

  • You care about quality and safety, have great attention to detail, and want to be part of a winning team

  • You’re physically up for the job: standing, bending, and lifting up to 50 lbs is no problem

  • You’re open to learning, eager to help out, and ready to work overtime as needed

  • Bonus: You show up on time and do what it takes to keep production running!

The Fine Print

  • Dress Code: Casual, with steel-toed boots, no jewelry or tobacco, and gloves must be worn if you have nail polish

  • No public transportation available, so reliable transportation is needed

  • The environment is clean but there’s a manufacturing odor (similar to nail polish remover)

  • Attendance and safety are top priorities—your contribution makes a difference every day!
