We’re seeking a Bi-Lingual Customer Support Representative (fluent in both Spanish and English) to work at a premier manufacturing client in Johnston, IA. Sound good? Take a closer look below. Pay Rate: $20.50/hour – CONTRACT for 2 years
Shift: Contact Center is open from 5am – 5pm CST, Monday – Friday, candidates must be able to work ANY 8-hour shift within those hours

What’s a typical day as Customer Support Representative? You’ll be:
- Providing advanced product and service information to customers, channel partners, and company personnel
- Responding to complex customer questions and resolving escalated issues promptly
- Recording and processing custom or special orders, coordinating with internal teams as needed
- Making outbound calls to allocated customers to develop new relationships
- Acting as the first point of contact for resolving customer queries and complaints
- Scheduling follow-up actions and maintaining quality data in the CRM system
- Conducting interviews with customers to clarify requirements and collect detailed notes
- Providing exceptional service to encourage continued use of products/services
- Ensuring adherence to organizational policies, procedures, and relevant regulatory codes
- Obtaining supervisor or managerial authorization for any exceptions from mandatory procedures
- Participating in ongoing training and development activities to enhance own capabilities
This job might be an outstanding fit if you:
- Are fluent in both Spanish and English
- Minimum of High School Diploma or GED
- Have 1-3 years of relevant customer support experience
- Demonstrate a customer-focused approach and build rapport easily
- Are comfortable leveraging digital communications and CRM systems
- Can manage buyer indifference and strengthen customer connections
