Job Title: Supply Planning Analyst
Location: Costa Mesa, CA
Pay Rate: $37.00/hour
Duration: 3-Month Contract
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Position Overview
As a Supply Planning Analyst, you will be part of an integrated global team, contributing to a dynamic and rewarding execution process. In this role, you will drive results by determining capacity-constrained supply requirements that support customer service, inventory, and cost objectives. You will collaborate cross-functionally with partners across the U.S. and globally to ensure on-time delivery and efficient supply chain operations.
You will play a key role in data-driven decision-making by analyzing inputs, generating insights, and delivering recommendations as part of the monthly Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) process. This position requires both independent work and consistent communication with stakeholders to ensure transparency and alignment across the organization.
Key Responsibilities
What You Will Do:
- Develop capacity-constrained supply plans within a global network to support service, inventory, and cost goals
- Identify and troubleshoot supply misalignments; implement mitigation plans to ensure on-time performance
- Collaborate daily with Sourcing, Logistics, Customer Service, and Distribution teams to drive execution
- Support and execute key strategic supply chain initiatives
How You Will Do It:
- Lead close-of-sales activities of high complexity
- Leverage inputs from global and regional partners while ensuring data integrity
- Execute seasonal buys and implement process improvements
- Conduct quantitative analysis and provide data-driven recommendations
- Partner cross-functionally to manage raw material and finished goods planning for seasonal items

Qualifications
Experience:
- 2+ years of related professional experience in supply chain or planning
Education:
- Degree preferred, but not required; relevant experience and achievements are highly valued
Required Skills:
- Understanding of supply chain planning processes (Demand, Supply, Production, etc.)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Proven ability to manage information across functions and systems
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Ability to prioritize, multitask, and work independently in a fast-paced environment
- Experience with SAP in planning or scheduling operations (preferred)
- Familiarity with planning tools such as i2, BRIO, or PSE (preferred)
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (preferred)
