Salary:  $21.50 hour
Shift:  Day shift.

What’s a typical day as a Customer Service Representative? You’ll be:
• Answering phones in a timely and efficient manner to address customer inquiries and concerns.
• Processing customer orders via fax, EDI, and phone, ensuring accuracy in order entry.
• Supporting field representatives with day-to-day inquiries and assisting in the placement of their orders, including proof of delivery as needed.

This job might be an outstanding fit if you:
• Have strong customer service soft skills and experience in routine order entry and problem resolution.
• Are detail-oriented with a commitment to maintaining accuracy both individually and as part of a team.
• Possess knowledge of products and special projects as required by management, with the ability to adapt quickly to new information.
