Salary/Pay Rate/Compensation: $19 per hour

Schedule: 3rd Shift: Monday through Thursday, 4:45 pm – 3:15 am (4 x 10-hour shifts)

What’s a typical day as a Production Operator? You’ll be:

  • Operating presses and assisting machine operators to ensure efficient line production

  • Removing parts from presses, separating parts from scrap, and assembling parts as needed

  • Packaging, labeling, stacking, and moving totes/skids of parts to storage or next operations

  • Following all plant safety guidelines and correctly using personal protective equipment

  • Preparing packaging materials, assembling totes, and ensuring cleanliness of the workspace

  • Monitoring safety devices, reporting any unsafe conditions, and collaborating effectively with your team

  • Interpreting work orders and job control procedures to achieve daily production goals

  • Completing additional tasks as assigned by the team Leader

This job might be an outstanding fit if you:

  • Have experience in a manufacturing or production environment (preferred, but not required)

  • Are able to follow written and verbal work orders and safety guidelines

  • Can work Monday through Thursday, 4:45 pm – 3:15 am (4 x 10-hour shifts)

  • Excel in a team-based environment with strong communication skills

  • Can stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks

  • Demonstrate reliability, with regular and punctual attendance
