Kelly Services is seeking 6 Guest Services booth attendants for a busy upcoming Auto event, located in West Palm Beach, FL 33411.

Dates needed:
April- 14th 9am for 2 hours (Meeting /Tour)
April- 16th 7:30am- 12:30pm OR 12pm-5pm
April- 17th 7:30am- 12:30pm OR 12pm-5pm
April- 18th 7:30am- 12:30pm OR 12pm-5pm

Pay Rate- $18/hour

Position Purpose:
The Guest Service Representative – Info Booth serves as the primary point of contact for guests at events, providing accurate information, direction, and assistance to ensure a positive and enjoyable experience. This position is essential to maintaining a welcoming and organized event environment.

Distinguishing Characteristics:
The ideal candidate will possess integrity and credibility, efficiently manage multiple tasks, communicate effectively, be highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of working independently with sound judgment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver excellent customer service to all guests.

  • Greet guests warmly and provide helpful, accurate information regarding the event, venue, schedules, and more.

  • Respond to guest questions and resolve concerns professionally and courteously.

  • Distribute event materials, including maps, brochures, and schedules.

  • Assist with lost and found inquiries and general guest support.

  • Communicate effectively with event staff and other departments to relay guest needs or issues.

  • Maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked information booth.

  • Report recurring questions or issues to the event team.

Qualifications:

  • Experience in customer service, hospitality, or event coordination preferred.

  • Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Ability to remain calm and professional in a fast-paced environment.

  • Capable of standing for extended periods.

  • Comfortable using basic technology (radios, etc.).

  • Punctual, reliable, and detail-oriented.

  • Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, as required by event schedules.
